Message I was promised a prompt shipment and specifically discussed this as a term of my purchase. I had a chance to go with someone else, but they assured me I could have it quick. Sure enough, weeks go by. NEVER ONCE got a tracking number I was promised 5+ times on the phone and in email. First product was apparantly "lost" but I never got a number to confirm that, so who knows if it was ever sent? Second set arrived weeks late and it was the wrong one. I kept the set so as not to risk dealing with the hassle again.

The kit came with NO INVOICE though and I cannot claim my warranty with the manufacturer because they have not sent it to me. Then just a few weeks ago (months after purchase) I was told it was sent out. Then that it must have gotten "lost" and another one was being sent out. No invoice yet...

I'm pissed.
